NCAQ's Big Day Out

24 NCAQ swimmers attended meets at SOPAC and Engadine today.
Terry Noel was at Engadine with 14 swimmers who won 11 Gold, 11 Silver and 6 Bronze medals. Nicholas Hards had a great day in the pool winning 3 Gold, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze medal.7 yr old Nathan Moyle,swimming at his first meet, swam the biggest PBs of the day and capped it off by winning the Butterfly! Kira Hood swam a 3 sec PB in the 50 Breast and Jess Hards swam a 4 sec PB in the 50 Fly. Hailey Blatchford had a great day winning 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medal .Jarrod Bell had some fantastic Breaststroke swims and won 2 Gold and a Silver on the day.Ethan Garland,who only recently turned 11, won 2 Silver and 1 Bronze! Jack Harrison tok 6 secoff his 200m IM PB.
Meanwhile Jen was out at SOPAC with 10 swimmers.The LC PBs were abundant and we finished the day with many new representative timesi ncluding 3 new Aust OPEN Q times to Matt and Andrew.
Jake Baggaley celebrated his 14th birthday at the meet and of course we carried on the NCAQ tradition of cake. Happy Birthday Jake!
