Our Winter 2009 Presentation Night was a great success. The night recognised the achievements ofourWinter Club members and also highlighted the fantastic results achieved on the representative scene. Thank you to all our families and a special thank you to our older swimmers who are so LOUD! (They also cannot sing Happy Birthday in tune but we don't think that Ellie minded)
Congratulations again to everyone on a wonderful season.In particular we would like to highlight the induction of John Woods into the NCAQ Hall of Fame.
· NSW State 5km Open Water Champion 2007, 2008
· Australian Age representative 2009
· Ranked 19th in Australia in the 15 yrs boys 400 IM SC
· Always a team player –all round great kid!
The 2 DVDs shown on the night were again the highlights.Thank you to Donna and David for the many hours ...and hours,,,they spent on getting the photos, video footage, captions and music just right. It iis wonderful to be able to capture so many highlights and funny moments of what has been our clubs most successful season ever.
Matt would like to thank the person who called him Kelly Slater in the surfing footage from Forster!
