Our swimmers swam 12PBs on the day with many of the PBs swum as the first splits of a longer distance. John Woods had another great day in the pool with his best swim being a 3 sec PB in his 200 IM. John took this event out in a 50m Fly PB and never looked back! Bec and Georgie each swam a couple of PBs.
Elise has had a horror stretch being sick at Metros and only returning to training a few days ago. Matt's week at the snow was perhaps not the best training for this meet but he added to the mix socially so we think we are glad we took him.
Again, we thank our coach Jenny. Jenny has not had a day off in 3 weeks but insists on being there to support our swimmers and the video analysis and Jenny's insight is so valuable after the swim. The kids and parents really appreciate it.
