9 swimmers won 6 Gold (Andrew x 2, John x 3, Elise), 8 Silver (John x 2, Jake x 2, Matt,Bec, Elise, Andrew) and 8 Bronze (Bec x 2, Andrew, Elise, Jake, Jo, William) medals.
Andrew achieed another 2 National Open Q times and Matt 1. There were so many exceptional performances today but we have to say that John Woods was on fire. John took 5 sec off his 200m Back PB and split a 50m PB in his 100m Free where he took 3 sec off and went under the minute for the first time.
