NC at Taren Pt for Winter club

NCAQ held its winter club nights at Taren Pt. The transition to the new venue and non standard distances went well- the timekeepers might have to wear thongs though! Congratulations to our swimmers for taking the new distances in their stride. This winter club has a strong focus on the developing swimmer and the 34m 2 lap distance will prove to be very popular with the younger swimmers as they develop their strokes and this was especially evident in the number of fly races over this distance last night.
Next club night will be on 22 May. We will be bringing the big kids inand having handicapped relay events at the end of the night .
Thank you to the BBQ crew for the sausage sandwiches which were a sellout.
