All those fingers crossed for great weather worked! It is not possible to have ordered up a better day than the one we were blessed with today.
We had over 60 swimmers compete in 2 hours of splash and dash. Our sprint format was a great success with the swimmers who were delighted with NO 100m swims on the day. The Dash 4 Prize events (9 yrs and 11 yrs) were thrilling with Chris taking out the junior and Ethan the senior titles. The relays again were a highlight and the finish was very close.
Thank you to the parents who took charge of a relay team each, to those who timekept and to those who helped set up and pack up the blocks and equipment. Thank you also to Cronulla Surf Design for supporting our Dash 4 Prizes.
AND thanks to all our lovely children!
