NCAQ was represented by 23 swimmers at this meet - Rhianna Turner, Christopher and Samantha King, Marissa McColm, Gabby Spajic, Tobin McRae, Nicholas Hards, Christopher Hoare, Joel Walker, Connor Milton, Lauren McKillop, Hailey Lane, Jake Griffin, Aulia Marshall, Lachy, Maddii and Nathan Moyle, Jarrod Bell, Rupert Naferrette, Alysha Lerond, Ethan and Jett Garland and Zach Roja.
As much as we were delighted with the healthy medal tally (30 medals incl 16 Gold) we were even more thrilled with the volume and size of the PBs swum.
Our talented bunch of swimmers have given the NCAQ records a real shake with huge changes happening in the Top 5's (these will be on the website soon). Alysha Lerond has now become one of NCAQ's top 10 femaie swimmers with a scintillating 1.04 in her 100 Free and Zach Roja is now in the 8 yr old Backstrokers. Congratulations to Rupert, Chris K, Samantha and Marissa who are our newest Metro qualifiers.
