Day 1. - Joel won the 200 Free and 100 Back. Andrew won the 400IM, 200 Free (new CHS record)) and 2nd in the 100 Back. John Woods won Bronze in the 400IM. Jake, Jack and Matt were finalists in their events today. Alysha just missed the final by 1 place.
Day 2 - saw Andrew and Joel continue on their medal winning ways with Andrew winning the 100 Breast and silver in the 17+ relay. Joel won Gold in the 12 yrs Relay (where he was joined by Joel Kristensen as well) + Silver in the 100 Breast and 50 Free. Matt won Gold in the 17+ relay. Jake Griffin won Bronze in the 12 yrs 50 Free. Jack and Joel W were part of the Kirrawee HS Gold medal winning and record breaking All Age relay team.
Elise finished 5th in the 100 Breast final in a PB time and also swam a great Breast leg in the Kirrawee medley relay. Jess swam PBs in each of her lead legs of the 12 yrs relay. Oliver swam in both Woolooware HS age relay and 7th placed All Age relay. Well done NCAQ swimmers.
Day 3 - Joel W won the 100 Fly and was 2nd in the 100 Free with Jake a finalist in both events. Andrew won the 200IM, won silver in the 400 Free and broke the minute in his 100 Fly for the first time. Matt won his first individual CHS medal by winning sliver in the 100 Free and also silver in the Open Medley Relay. Alysha and Matt were finalists in the 100 Free and 100 fly respectively. Ebony swam the butterfly leg of Cronulla HS open medley relay. Jack narrowly missed the final of the 100 fly but swam a PB.
